Friday Favs: Overnight Oats Recipes

As a busy college student, I’m always looking for quick and easy recipes that can easily be taken on-the-go. So, when I discovered overnight oats I was mind blown! Overnight oats can be prepped within 5 to 10 minutes, set in the refrigerator overnight and will be ready to eat the next morning. Here are my three favorite overnight oats recipes:

Strawberries & Cream
Anyone who knows me knows how much I love sweet treats. Strawberries & cream overnight oats offer a healthier way to satisfy my sweet tooth in the mornings. For these oats, layer the following ingredients in a mason jar, refrigerate and enjoy!

*Old fashioned oats [uncooked]
*Milk of choice [I prefer vanilla oat milk!]
*Chia seeds
*Vanilla greek yogurt
*Sliced strawberries

Peanut Butter Banana
There are few combinations better than peanut butter and banana, so why not add a few more ingredients and call it breakfast? For these oats, layer the following ingredients in a mason jar, refrigerate and enjoy!

*Old fashioned oats [uncooked]
*Milk of choice
*Chia seeds
*Peanut butter
*Sliced

Almond Berry
This cool and refreshing recipe has just the right amount of crunch to spice up your breakfast. For almond berry oats, layer the following ingredients in a mason jar, refrigerate and enjoy!
