BODY by Blogilates Brings Elite Pilates Classes to Your Home

In 2009, award-winning fitness instructor Cassey Ho posted her first POP Pilates workout video on YouTube. At the time, her video was only intended for the 40 people who had been taking her in-studio Pilates classes. Since then, Cassey has gained 5.33 million YouTube subscribers and 1.9 million Instagram followers under the brand Blogilates

For the past 11 years, Cassey has posted more than 700 workout videos on her YouTube channel. These videos range from long total body sessions to short challenges, offering workouts ideal for everyone regardless of how much time they have on their hands. Now, Cassey is making the experience even easier by bringing these workouts directly to your phone with the app BODY by Blogilates, which launched on July 31.

For just $3.99 per month [or $39.99 per year], the BODY app brings Cassey’s monthly workout calendars and all additional fitness challenges to the palm of your hands. Whether you’re looking for a long-term daily plan to follow or just want to get a quick five-minute ab burnout in, the BODY app makes it easy to access all of Cassey’s Blogilates routines.

I’ve been doing Cassey’s workouts for nearly five years, and I am still surprised every time about how great of a workout I can get in from my bedroom! For years, Pilates has become known for small, isometric movements which work the smallest muscles in your body. Oftentimes, an in-studio Pilates class will use equipment like Pilates reformers and Pilates rings. Blogilates, however, offers effective workouts even for people who don’t have access to this equipment.

Branded as POP Pilates, Cassey’s Pilates routines are always perfectly choreographed to today’s top pop songs, which makes the workout that much more enjoyable! Total body workouts flow elegantly from one muscle group to another while workouts that isolate one muscle group target every single layer within those muscles. Trust me, your muscles will be shaking and your body WILL be sore the next day [or week ;-)].
