Easy Cinnamon Pumpkin Bread Recipe

One of my absolute FAVORITE things about the fall is that pumpkin is everywhere — on porches, in lattes & at the dinner table for dessert! The below recipe is adapted from this dessert staple and adds a slight twist to classic pumpkin bread:

Ingredients

1 box Krusteaz cinnamon swirl crumb cake mix
1 can pure pumpkin
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
Pumpkin spice to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Cool whip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine baking mix, water, oil and egg in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon and pumpkin spice.
  4. Pour in bread tin and bake for 50 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Top with cool whip and pumpkin spice.
  6. Serve & enjoy!
