One of my absolute FAVORITE things about the fall is that pumpkin is everywhere — on porches, in lattes & at the dinner table for dessert! The below recipe is adapted from this dessert staple and adds a slight twist to classic pumpkin bread:
1 box Krusteaz cinnamon swirl crumb cake mix
1 can pure pumpkin
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
Pumpkin spice to taste
Cinnamon to taste
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine baking mix, water, oil and egg in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon and pumpkin spice.
- Pour in bread tin and bake for 50 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Top with cool whip and pumpkin spice.
- Serve & enjoy!
