DR. LA Thoma Gustin’s Best Full-Length Live Workouts

Like many fitness trainers, Dr. LA Thoma Gustin took advantage of 2020’s stay-at-home orders to bring full length workouts into her followers’ homes. From April to August, LA live-streamed full-length workouts throughout the week, each one targeting a different muscle group. Fortunately for those of us who have gotten into a workout rut over the winter [namely me], these livestreams are still available on LA’s YouTube channel! Over the past few weeks, I’ve incorporated these videos into my weekly workout routine and have absolutely fallen in love with LA’s training style. As a doctor of physical therapy, LA is dedicated to making sure her viewers are utilizing proper form before attempting to lift heavy weights. Because of this, a lot of her workouts use only light dumbbells or no weights at all, but don’t be mistaken, my muscles were shaking and sore after all of these workouts!
